Any prices, ranges, or estimates shown on our website or provided informally are for general guidance and are not binding until confirmed in writing and agreed by both you and us. The final price of a job may differ from an initial estimate if the scope, site conditions, or applicable code requirements turn out to be different from what was assessed. We will communicate any change before performing additional work.

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule, please give us reasonable advance notice. Missed-appointment, trip, or diagnostic fees may apply where disclosed in your quote or at the time of booking.

Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice. Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe. A deposit may be required to schedule certain work. Balances that remain unpaid past their due date may be subject to late fees or collection costs to the extent permitted by law.

We stand behind our work. The specific warranty terms for a given job — including what is covered and for how long — are provided with your quote or invoice. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are passed through to you and are subject to the manufacturer's terms.

MP Electric NYC performs work as a licensed and insured electrical contractor and in accordance with applicable New York City electrical code. Proof of licensing and insurance is available on request.

You agree to provide accurate information about your property and project, disclose any known hazards or prior unpermitted electrical work, and obtain any approvals from a landlord, co-op, condo board, or building management that may be required. Where permits are needed, we will advise you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and the MP Electric NYC logo — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Some features of our site rely on third-party providers — for example, Stripe for payments, our booking calendar, and our chat assistant. Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party's own terms and policies.
